Customer service was second to none, and I can’t believe how quickly you completed the work and returned my frame.

Sorry for the delay getting back to you, been really busy with work and we are preparing to go to our National Narcotic Detector Dog Association (N.N.D.D.A) national conference and training, leaving for Jackson Mississippi this weekend.

Anyway, enough excuses!

Your work is truly one of a kind. The gun feels like a totally new weapon. Many at our department have wanted to shoot Glocks, but can’t stand the 21’s grip. Many have been asking to see, handle, and shoot mine and considering a change because our department reloads .45 ammo and we can shoot all we want, if you shoot a .45 that is. I guess time will tell if any make the change.

You have been a great blessing to me and my family. The grip work has allowed me to utilize my weapon just as I did before I was injured and shoot it more accurately as well.

As expected, my bills for the thumb surgery are rolling in, and the month I was off work, all of my extra job income ceased as well.

I am forever appreciative of the service you extended to me in my situation as it lifted a huge financial burden.

Your commitment to quality and excellence is definitely displayed through your work and I will proudly promote your work and business to those I come into contact with.
